Sales & Leasing: wireframes v1

Six pages on the 1920×1080 Property BI page template, extending the Sales & Leasing Portfolio report (Portfolio and Holding Costs already built in Dev). Four new monitoring pages, a Lease Details drillthrough that replaces the placeholder, and a Notes page. Positions are Power BI pixels, so they carry straight into PBIR. No area manager fields anywhere. The chip on each page says whether its data exists today. Every number, site and tenant name here is illustrative, not Property Core or LeaseEagle data.

Already ended: grey Still to come, or amount owed: navy Needs action: holdover, overdue, stalled Market rent: outlined, lightly shaded Rent given up, or settled: blue (a choice, not a fault) Data ready, partly ready, not available
