Facilities Management: wireframes v1

Seven pages on the 1920×1080 Property BI page template, in the same format and palette as the Sales & Leasing wireframes. Five FM pages, a Site Detail drillthrough, and a Notes page. Two ways in: My Sites for someone new to a patch (what needs me, and how late is it) and Patch for someone who has run one for years (compare and trend). Data Gaps states what these pages cannot see. Positions are Power BI pixels, so they carry straight into PBIR. The chip on each page says whether its data exists today. Every number, site and name here is illustrative, not Property Core data. Two counts are carried over from earlier working sessions so the scale looks right (1,904 budgeted sites and 467 uncosted statutory schedules) and have not been re-checked.

Closed, or an earlier month: grey Open, still to come, or reactive spend: navy Needs action: past due, no record, uncosted Planned maintenance, or costed: blue Time left on an open job: outlined, lightly shaded Data ready, partly ready, not available
